Last weekend Black Swan International (BSI) took a group of 60 of our armed response units and armed static guarding teams out to the BSI shooting range for some live fire range practise. The objective of each training block was to teach and upskill our guard force on the correct use and safety of firearms. The guards were given the opportunity to showcase existing skills and incorporate newly learnt ones in operationally reflective environments and scenarios. Skills were taught and practiced across the classroom and out on the range.

This is just one more way that Black Swan International supports a Continuous Improvement Strategy to train, upskill and increase the confidence of its workforce within PNG . By undertaking training events like these, BSI armed response units and armed static guarding teams will be ready to respond to situations in the line of active duty.

BSI will continue to support training initiatives across PNG to localise solutions and world class standards.

Black Swan International has over 1,950 fulltime employees across Papua New Guinea providing Security management, security technology, secure transport and risk advisory services.
